As a Legal Admin at Vida Plena hospitality you’ll be in charge of taking care of all legal documents related to opening and maintaining our venues, such as contracts in general, licences, complaint books, insurances and so on.
It’s very important to be a dedicated and thoroughly person to be in this role. High level of organisation and ability to multitask and work under pressure.
In this role you’ll spend a lot of your time getting in touch with external companies, through telephone and email and that said, you also need to have very clear communication, both verbally and written.

As Restaurant Manager you’ll be in touch with each responsible in their fields (Operations, HR, Logistics, Finance) and be sure that everyone in the venue is working accordingly with our guidelines.
It’s also very important to be a volatile person. As our company constantly grows, we need someone that will follow, in a good way, new procedures and implementations. Be open minded about changes and always feel comfortable in sharing new ideas.

It’s fundamental to be extremely organised and be on time with deadlines. Sometimes you’ll need to multitask and think really fast to solve the daily problems, having a good overview of the restaurant to anticipate any type of maintenance problem that it could have.
