We have immediate opening(s) for FT and PT Clinic Services Coordinators.
The successful FT and/or PT candidate(s) will have exceptional communication and customer-relation skills, be able to think on their feet, and above all want to learn and grow with our team. If you have an outgoing personality, are up to a multi-tasking challenge, and have flexible availability, then we would like to speak with you!
Overall duties will include outstanding client interaction, proactive clinic maintenance, and general administration services. We are open 7 days a week, including weekday evenings until 9pm. Your overall flexibility and availability during any of those times will be a factor!
Clinic admin experience is helpful, but not a firm requirement. We are more interested in your personality, communication skills, work ethic, and ability to learn quickly.
