The Senior Project Manager will work on general aviation and non-hub commercial service airports. Projects include federal and state-funded airport improvement programs as well as locally-funded projects at public and private use airports.
Requirements:
Direction and management of FAA and State DOT aviation projects within an assigned client base.
Management of the entire life cycle of a project: capital improvement planning, grant facilitation, land acquisition, design, bidding construction, and close out to meet project goals on time and on budget.
Compliance with objectives contained within the statewide aviation systems plans, individual airport master plans, safety regulations, environmental laws, federal land acquisition, federal grant assurance requirements, all federal and state design standards, and airspace matters.
Knowledge and application of FAA Advisory Circulars for airport design and construction including runways, taxiways, aircraft parking aprons, grading/drainage, and pavement markings.
Development of contract specifications and bid estimates.
Coordination of engineering design staff and other disciplines to meet objectives.
Accurate daily timekeeping.
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
8+ years of progressive experience in civil engineering.
8+ years of Aviation Project Management experience.
Must have a P.E.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Proficient knowledge of general office equipment, MS Office, (AutoCAD a plus).

Being a member of the Asset Services Team, the Corporate Actions Director will identify gaps in procedures and training, work with team leads to strengthen the control environment, improve the performance of the department, and provide direction and guidance to team leads to ensure departmental communication is clear and reaches all team members.
In addition, the Corporate Actions Director will interact with partners and clients when appropriate to resolve processing issues, respond to client feedback, lead department projects and initiatives, delegate tasks where appropriate to foster an environment of developing junior staff, and provide opportunities for talent to grow.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide direction, oversight of processing activities, achievement of metrics and benchmarks, and adherence to controls and risk management activities; develop and implement long term strategies and ensure execution of strategic goals at a divisional level.
Take decisive and corrective action, both short and long term, by applying enhanced crisis management/risk mitigation skills. Use subject matter expertise to review and enhance the control environment and identify and implement operational improvements.

As an Electrical Engineer you will plan programs, design, and development of electrical, electronic, and electro-mechanical sub-systems and components for our premium quality laundry products and services. You will work as part of a multi-disciplinary, Sustaining Engineering team that is aligned closely with an internal customer group.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop and test electrical, electronic, and electro-mechanical sub-systems and components to meet project needs.
Write detailed design specifications, develop test plans and test specifications for evaluating electrical components and sub-systems (i.e., motors, transformers, contactors, drives, relays, switches, heaters, and sensors).
Develop drawings for electrical components and electrical systems.
Develop schematics and wiring diagrams using AutoCAD, Creo, PADS.
Set-up and describe test specifications for electrical and electronic controls.
Work with suppliers and in-house colleagues on development of sub-systems and components.
Understand and design the sub-systems and components to marketing specifications and regulatory agencies with full system design in mind.
Support production as needed, work on QI’s and CI’s and problem solving.
Specify new components for new designs and develop, design, and implement to production.
Specify new microcontrollers used for new designs and development tools need to develop around these devices.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology.
5 to 10 years of Electrical Engineering experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
